Photography Contract

Sessions will be held at the location of your choice unless the session is a pre-set Mini Session, where the session is located is dictatced as part of the product offering.

A 50% partial payment is due at time of signing the contract, for services costing more than $100. For services under $100, full balance is due at booking. Any remaining balance is due at or before the session. An Additional fee of $10 may be applied for locations further than 40 miles from Parrish, FL (34219)

Your Session fee includes: 

• Session at location of your choice, fully edited digital album and print release.
• Photos will be delivered via online gallery. Turning Paige Images does not offer photo printing services in-house.

Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance. You may transfer your session to another party or use your credit on file for a future session. In case of inclement weather, Client and Photographer must agree on a re-shoot date within 7 days.

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer.
Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up or hair related issues or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.

The Photographer retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client.

After six (6) months, all ordered images will be purged from photographer’s hard-
drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. RAW and unedited photos are not available to clients at any time.

All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. Gallery shall be available to the Client within 1 week of the session.

The Photographer owns the copyright for all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is prohibited without the written permission of the Photographer.

The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any repr oductions by parties other than the Photographer. If the Photographer provides a digital file print release, the Client must act in accordance with the release.

If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return any retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. Further, if the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer, liability shall be limited.

The charges in this agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

I grant permission for Turning Paige Images, to take and use; printed or electronic publications, websites, or other electronic communications, media, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any products or service. I authorize the use of the images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Turning Paige Images. Model Release approval must be made by a parent/guardian if any photo session participants are less than 18 years of age. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual. I have read and fully understand this information in this model release. I agree this model release is for everyone involved in the session.

Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before session begins.

Please make sure hair is combed and face is clean and free of runny noses or eyes.

Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face.
